All photographs not attributed to others are the property of Publius Research and may not be reproduced without permission, including on the Internet, an intranet, compact disk, or any other media.  Other photographs may require permission from their owners for reproduction.  Check first before using them.

Fair Use 

The only exceptions to the requirement for advanced permission are brief quotations for any use or, for personal educational use, as in school reports or school lesson materials.  In such cases the source should be cited as follows. Purchase of Prints

Most photographs owned by Publius Research are available for purchase, from Publius Research at publius@maine.com, as 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" glossy photographic prints. These are not scanned prints from a color printer.

Right to Use

Publication rights to use the photographic prints or the digital images are also available.
